At Abundant Boutique we value you as our customer and there are a number of quick and easy ways to place your order. You may purchase online or call us at 1-866-730-1434, or mail in a check or money order.

Return Policy

Our Easy Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 90-day* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unused merchandise with all tags attached within 90 days for an exchange or refund. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After the item is received, it may take up to 1 billing cycle, or up to 30 days to process your return.

Refund Steps

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at customerservice@abundantboutique.com.

Please include the following:

• Your Name

• Order Number

• Item Number

• Indication of Return or Exchange

• Reason for Return or Exchange

You will receive a return authorization number via email.

Important notes about returning garments

• Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.

• By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.

• We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.

• We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to insure a full credit.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Accessories: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Accessories.

Any refused package will be subject to a 20% restock fee and shipping will not be refunded. The only exception is if the box was refused due to visible damage which may affect the contents. If this occurs, please contact us at customerservice@abundantboutique.com immediately.

Any package deemed “undeliverable” by carrier due to a bad address provided by customer will be charged a 20% restock fee and shipping will not be refunded.
